WILLIAM EDWARD CARROLL, JR.

William Edward “Bill” Carroll, Jr., 87, of Victoria, VA and formerly of Tewksbury Township, NJ passed away November 4, 2023. He was the son of the late William and Grace Carroll; husband of the late Silverree J. Carroll and brother of the late Grace F. Wiser. He is survived by his daughters, Dawn E. Conrad (Tom) and Lisa G. Carroll (Molly); his son William E. Carroll (Karen); 3 grandchildren, David Carroll, Kourtney Ahlering and Greta Carroll and great-grandson, David William Carroll. Also surviving  is a brother, Robert V. Carroll (Phyllis) and a sister, Phyllis A. Chletsos. Bill grew up in New Jersey and served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1958 to 1964. He was assigned to the presidential honor guard for President Dwight D. Eisenhower and President John F. Kennedy. He was a self-employed carpenter and he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
